Initial consultation

We will assist client to have a good understanding of the project they are undertaking, whether as an investor or home buyer. We discuss the floor plan on-site so the client has a first-hand look at the dimensions of the property and the fittings within.

Site Visits

Following the initial consultation, we can accompany the client on subsequent on-site visits to monitor progress.

Contractual Guidance & Negotiation

We will draw up the property contract and any other necessary paperwork, and deliver it to the client. In the contraction negotiation that follows, we will clarify issues raised by the client’s solicitor or conveyancer. This could range from financial clauses to specific requirements such as making changes to the bathroom or kitchen fittings.
